Project overview

Water goes where it should — every time.

A walk-in shower conversion with a level-entry threshold, a linear drain and the floor tile running continuously into the shower.

The shower floor was built up with a sand-cement screed graded to the drain, so water clears quickly without visible steps in the tile.

The threshold detail lets the bathroom floor continue into the shower without a hob.

How the work is done

A controlled sequence, not guesswork on the wall.

Every stage is checked before the next begins — the finish is only as good as the work underneath it.

  1. 01

    Assess the substrate

Check flatness, junctions, fixtures and wet-area readiness before the layout is committed.

  2. 02

    Set out the complete room

Balance tile courses and control visible cuts, corners and transitions.

  3. 03

    Fix and align

Maintain adhesive transfer, consistent joints and alignment across adjoining surfaces.

  4. 04

    Finish and inspect

Complete grout, movement joints, silicone and a final cleaning check.
